Where the Chasing the Light series is structural and precise, Still Radiance asks what happens when the geometry recedes — when the canvas becomes a field rather than a form. These works begin from the same matte acrylic language but pursue a different question: how much can color alone hold a viewer's attention before shape is needed?

The gradients are subtle, moving through tonal ranges in warm pinks and mauves that shift with the viewer's angle and the quality of the light in the room. They are paintings about atmosphere — about the kind of stillness that has a temperature and a texture, that asks for patience and returns something different each time.
